REEP CIP B.V. was founded in 2025 by Erik Reep in Amsterdam. With roots in the Netherlands and a heart deeply connected to Indonesia, we offer two focused professional services: project coaching and intermediation.

At REEP CIP B.V., coaching is always provided upon request and tailored to the individual, because every person has unique qualities, experiences, and potential.

Our primary focus is on civil servants and local leaders who aspire to serve their communities with integrity, wisdom, and responsibility. This includes community leaders, village heads, government officials, and decision-makers at regional and national levels.

REEP CIP B.V. acts as a professional bridge between Indonesia and the Netherlands. We identify and connect the right individuals, organizations, and companies on both sides, and then guide them through the negotiation process toward constructive and lasting agreements.

Effective intermediation is built on mutual trust, respect, and integrity. With in-depth cultural knowledge of both countries and fluency in Dutch, English, and Indonesian, we ensure that communication is clear, honest, and results-oriented.

Erik Reep

Erik Reep was born in 1951 in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia, and moved to the Netherlands with his family in 1956.

For more than fifty years, he has built a broad professional career in healthcare, coaching, leadership development, and international cooperation. His background includes physiotherapy, classical acupuncture, natural medicine, and psychology.

Since 1998, Erik has been active as a professional coach and has supported individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, government professionals, and elite athletes in their personal and professional development. His work is characterized by integrity, practical experience, and a strong focus on leadership, personal growth, and high-performance culture.

Inspired by his lifelong connection with Indonesia and his commitment to strengthening international cooperation, Erik founded REEP CIP B.V. in Amsterdam in 2025. Through REEP CIP, he supports individuals, organizations, and governments with coaching, leadership development, project management, and professional intermediation between the Netherlands, Indonesia, and other international partners.

Following invitations to conduct research, prepare reports, and deliver presentations to local authorities in Indonesia, Erik became actively involved in supporting sustainable solutions for the challenges facing the Polder Alabio region. To carry out this work in a professional and transparent manner, he established REEP CIP B.V., enabling him to operate through a dedicated company rather than as a private individual.
